Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong experience building and operating production distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Daily-driver fluency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Strong system design skills.
- Experience with observability and operational excellence.
- Strong background in automated testing and CI/CD tooling.
- Experience in a healthcare SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant architectures and enterprise access control.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product teams to define, design, and deliver product capabilities.
- Lead design and implementation of core components and services.
- Establish quality and release standards for reliability and performance.
- Champion best practices for AI-assisted development and agentic workflows.
- Build end-to-end product capabilities using Python and Next.js.
- Maintain shared libraries and service templates.
- Own production readiness, observability, and incident response.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering and DevOps on CI/CD and security.
