Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years in Enterprise Systems or Application Engineering, with a focus on automation and integration.
- At least 3+ years in a people management or technical lead role.
- Deep architectural and administrative experience with Google Workspace in a large-scale (1000+ user) environment.
- Deep architectural and administrative experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and ability to design complex workflows.
- Expert-level hands-on architectural experience with Okta or similar IdP (Universal Directory, SCIM, SAML/OIDC).
- Architectural and administrative experience with Microsoft Active Directory in a large-scale environment.
- Hands-on experience building and managing integrations using REST APIs.
- Demonstrable experience automating IT processes using scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect IT initiatives to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and build a world-class team of Enterprise Application Engineers, overseeing hiring, performance management, and career development.
- Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for enterprise application and integration architecture.
- Act as the primary technical consultant for business leaders, translating needs into scalable, secure technology solutions.
- Manage the Google Workspace ecosystem, Atlassian stack, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, including RBAC policy development.
- Design and manage a SaaS Management Platform (SMP) to centralize application management and license utilization.
- Build and maintain automated Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows and robust integrations between core business systems.
