Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with 4-6 years in Global Shared Services
  • At least 2 years of Global HR Shared Service experience
  • IT Helpdesk background with Zoho IT Helpdesk knowledge
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Experience in ticketing tools: Zoho, Zendesk, Service Now
  • Experience in HRMS tools: Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP
  • Experience handling real-time chat bots
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic shifts including weekends

Responsibilities

  • Support Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk and act as Subject Matter Expert
  • Organize and maintain employee records via proprietary platform
  • Handle benefits administration on behalf of customers and professionals
  • Communicate and resolve queries via email, phone, and chat
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors
  • Assist with payroll preparation including audits of data changes
  • Support HR process improvement and policy documentation
  • Assist with investigations in response to professional complaints
