Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with 4-6 years in Global Shared Services
- At least 2 years of Global HR Shared Service experience
- IT Helpdesk background with Zoho IT Helpdesk knowledge
- Proficiency in written and verbal English
- Experience in ticketing tools: Zoho, Zendesk, Service Now
- Experience in HRMS tools: Peoplesoft, Workday, SAP
- Experience handling real-time chat bots
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in dynamic shifts including weekends
Responsibilities
- Support Level 1 IT/HR Helpdesk and act as Subject Matter Expert
- Organize and maintain employee records via proprietary platform
- Handle benefits administration on behalf of customers and professionals
- Communicate and resolve queries via email, phone, and chat
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors
- Assist with payroll preparation including audits of data changes
- Support HR process improvement and policy documentation
- Assist with investigations in response to professional complaints
