Requirements
- 8+ years experience supporting electronic trading platforms
- In depth knowledge of FIX messaging protocol versions 4.2 – 5.0
- Knowledge of capital markets and trading workflow
- Experience with service CRM tools (4Me, Service NOW, Jira Service Desk)
- Strong track record in technology support (ITIL knowledge)
- Software testing experience
- Scripting skill
- Unix/bash skills
- Ability to coach and mentor junior staff
Responsibilities
- Provide service management support within an SLA framework
- Act as escalation point for service problems
- Lead as service champion for strategic customers
- Maintain toolsets and Knowledge Base content
- Manage incident management processes
- Provide expert advice for incident resolution
- Coordinate incident management across support and development teams
- Produce service performance metrics
