Requirements

  • 8+ years experience supporting electronic trading platforms
  • In depth knowledge of FIX messaging protocol versions 4.2 – 5.0
  • Knowledge of capital markets and trading workflow
  • Experience with service CRM tools (4Me, Service NOW, Jira Service Desk)
  • Strong track record in technology support (ITIL knowledge)
  • Software testing experience
  • Scripting skill
  • Unix/bash skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior staff

Responsibilities

  • Provide service management support within an SLA framework
  • Act as escalation point for service problems
  • Lead as service champion for strategic customers
  • Maintain toolsets and Knowledge Base content
  • Manage incident management processes
  • Provide expert advice for incident resolution
  • Coordinate incident management across support and development teams
  • Produce service performance metrics
