Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience.
- 7+ years in a senior sales leadership role within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Experience selling privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in North American private sector markets.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales organizations.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or password management.
- Proven ability to build scalable sales processes and improve forecast accuracy.
- Experience working with channel sales teams and strategic partners.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the North American private sector sales strategy to grow GTM segments (SMB, MM, ENT).
- Lead and manage the NorAm private sector sales organization.
- Empower frontline sales leaders to drive success and scale teams.
- Build and nurture relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
- Deliver executive-level business cases demonstrating Keeper's value.
- Collaborate with channel sales and partners to advance pipeline.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and success teams.
- Establish scalable processes for new business acquisition and forecast management.
- Use data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Travel for customer and partner meetings and industry events.
