Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience.
  • 7+ years in a senior sales leadership role within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Experience selling privileged access management (PAM) solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in North American private sector markets.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales organizations.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying committees.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, or password management.
  • Proven ability to build scalable sales processes and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Experience working with channel sales teams and strategic partners.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the North American private sector sales strategy to grow GTM segments (SMB, MM, ENT).
  • Lead and manage the NorAm private sector sales organization.
  • Empower frontline sales leaders to drive success and scale teams.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key executives and decision-makers.
  • Deliver executive-level business cases demonstrating Keeper's value.
  • Collaborate with channel sales and partners to advance pipeline.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and success teams.
  • Establish scalable processes for new business acquisition and forecast management.
  • Use data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Travel for customer and partner meetings and industry events.
