Requirements

Hands-on TikTok UA background (web/B2C).
Proven experience in USA + Tier-1 markets.
Experience managing budgets at $100k+/month level.
Strong understanding of CPA/ROAS/LTV and scaling logic.
Strong grasp of Facebook best practices (structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, troubleshooting).
Experience or solid exposure to automation tools.
Practical understanding of AI/creative iteration workflows.

Responsibilities

Own TikTok UA for web funnels across our core dating portfolio.
Focus on USA + Tier-1 markets.
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.
Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene.
Execute structured creative testing loops (hypotheses, iterations, learning, scaling).
Drive automation improvements and document best practices.
