Senior hands-on Facebook UA background (web/B2C)
Proven experience in the USA and Tier-1 markets
Experience managing budget at $100k+/month level
Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, and LTV
Strong grasp of Facebook best practices including scaling, bidding, and measurement
Practical understanding of AI and creative iteration workflows
Experience or exposure to automation and 3rd-party tools

Responsibilities

Own Facebook UA for web funnels across our core dating portfolio
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns with $200k–$300k+ monthly spend
Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene
Run a structured creative testing loop: hypotheses, iterations, learning, and scaling
Drive automation improvements and document best practices
