Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
- Experience liaising with both business and technology teams.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into non-technical language.
- Experience with Agile development methods on data-oriented projects.
- Experience with modeling tools for process, data, and workflow at the conceptual level.
- BPMN experience for process modeling/mapping.
- Experience in data lifecycle and ETL design.
- Direct experience working with technical teams supporting data migration/synchronization.
- Experience creating complex test plans and quality assurance plans.
- Experience in various systems analysis methodologies (data mapping, flowcharts, user stories).
Responsibilities
- Capture data, technical integration requirements and develop data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, data mapping, entity relationship diagrams and ‘To-be’/’As-Is’ process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate interviews and process workshops to gather requirements from key stakeholders.
- Build user stories, functional and non-functional requirements, including success criteria.
- Design, build and maintain the enterprise business data architecture.
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices standards in business data flow.
- Lead business data critical initiatives and related requirement development.
- Partner with Enterprise Applications team on dataflow, migration and data integrity.
- Support existing and new system integrations and the Enterprise Integrations Catalogue.
