Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a data analyst.
- 2+ years of games industry experience.
- University Diploma in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with data modeling in an applied context.
- Experience with large complex data sets (structured and unstructured).
- Experience with Looker Studio or similar analytical tools.
- Proficiency in statistical and data programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.).
- Experience with Google or Microsoft spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- Live-operations games experience.
- Ability to design and develop complex SQL queries.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Leadership to understand data, suggest improvements, and develop collection/analysis automation.
- Develop and own data pipelines, models, tools, and processes.
- Develop and own product dashboards serving as the central point of truth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide recommendations using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
- Drive discovery of trends in play patterns to inspire new features.
- Partner with marketing and sales for performance analyses.
- Support Project-Role Framework methodology with comprehensive analyses.
- Document findings using visualization tools like graphs and PowerPoint.
- Build automated dashboards and reports for business KPIs and player experience.
- Monitor Unity/VR trends and data compliance regulations.
