Requirements
- Bachelors degree with 10+ years, Masters degree with 8+ years or PhD with 6+ years in NGS library construction
- Hands-on experience with cell culture and tissue handling
- Experience with NGS sequencing instrument and run set up
- Experience with single cell protocols and cell culture for multiomics
- Skilled in nucleic acids and protein analytical methods
- Demonstrated account management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- English speaking
- Ability to travel up to 70%
Responsibilities
- Frequently traveling to customer sites for support and troubleshooting
- Mentoring and leading a team of Field Application Scientists
- Supporting commercial team and customers with technical applications and product training
- Providing strategic and competitive feedback to marketing and product development teams
- Leading regional team calls to develop tactical frameworks
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to scale the organization
- Delivering customer training and workshops
- Documenting customer opportunities in CRM software
