Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in performance, paid media, or growth marketing.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with at least one paid media platform (e.g., Meta, Snapchat, Reddit, The Trade Desk).
- Familiarity with mobile measurement platforms (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer).
- Understanding of attribution frameworks.
- Comfortable working with performance data and analytical reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured testing roadmap for new paid media channels.
- Manage day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking, and pacing.
- Partner with the Creative team to brief and iterate on ad assets.
- Design and launch incrementality and lift studies with the Analytics team.
- Monitor performance indicators and report on key findings.
- Maintain a shared knowledge base of test results and optimizations.
- Monitor the AdTech landscape for emerging programmatic and community platforms.
