Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting clinical or healthcare professionals in the US market
- Familiarity with RBT, BCBA, or similar licensure-focused recruiting pipelines
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume interview schedules consistently
- Experience managing Indeed job postings and advertising budgets
- Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and daily reporting discipline
Responsibilities
- Own primary sourcing of RBT and BCBA candidates across North Carolina and South Georgia
- Review and triage high-volume inbound applications on a daily basis
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Ashby
- Conduct 50+ candidate interviews per week
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and BCBAs
- Provide proactive pipeline updates to stakeholders
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Manage Indeed job postings and advertising budgets
