Responsibilities
- Monitor all inbound leads across phone, email, website, and social media
- Respond to new enquiries promptly during business hours
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all lead activity
- Conduct discovery calls using established qualification frameworks
- Assess project suitability, budget, timeline, and decision-making criteria
- Identify high-quality opportunities aligned with the ideal client profile
- Schedule qualified site inspections for the Sales Team
- Coordinate calendars and appointment logistics
- Deliver exceptional service as the first point of contact
