Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, strategy & operations, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with BI and data tools such as Looker, Tableau, or BigQuery.
- Track record of building data models, dashboards, process frameworks, and operational tools.
- Strong commercial instincts paired with rigorous analytical capability.
- Genuine excitement about AI and existing habit of using it to accelerate work.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and/or Engineering teams.
- Technical fluency to hold conversations with technical stakeholders.
- First-principles thinking: questioning assumptions and stress-testing processes.
- Bias for action, strong sense of ownership, and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Use AI tools as a core part of your analytical workflow.
- Run deep-dive analytical projects to surface patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Define and track KPIs that measure business outcomes and process effectiveness.
- Own preparation and follow-through for key internal meetings and strategic reviews.
- Build analytical frameworks that underpin quarterly planning, forecasting, and target-setting.
- Map, challenge, and rebuild core commercial workflows into scalable solutions.
- Implement operational improvements end-to-end and measure impact.
- Develop a hands-on understanding of the commercial tech stack to diagnose friction.
- Translate commercial problems into well-defined briefs for Product and Engineering.
