- Experience working with large, complex datasets and translating insights into business value.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with healthcare datasets such as claims, EHR, or provider data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Background in analytics disciplines such as data science, economics, or public health.
- Experience working in matrixed or agile environments.
