Requirements
- 7 years carrying a services or solutions quota for enterprise customers.
- Record of closing Professional Services opportunities >$250k.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-solution deals.
- Strong command of value-based selling frameworks (e.g., Smartsheet Value Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger).
- Track record in territory management and account planning for Large Enterprise.
- Ability to travel up to 40–50%.
- BA/BS degree required.
Responsibilities
- Own the services sales cycle from qualification through signed Statement of Work (SOW).
- Uplevel customer and account team discussions to influence platform adoption and expansion.
- Apply value-based selling frameworks to uncover priorities and link them to solutions.
- Develop relationships with executive sponsors, procurement, and decision makers.
- Generate and maintain 3x pipeline coverage through whitespace identification.
- Forecast with discipline using Salesforce and Clari.
- Mentor peers and share market insights to inform GTM refinements.
