Requirements

  • 7 years carrying a services or solutions quota for enterprise customers.
  • Record of closing Professional Services opportunities >$250k.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-solution deals.
  • Strong command of value-based selling frameworks (e.g., Smartsheet Value Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger).
  • Track record in territory management and account planning for Large Enterprise.
  • Ability to travel up to 40–50%.
  • BA/BS degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Own the services sales cycle from qualification through signed Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Uplevel customer and account team discussions to influence platform adoption and expansion.
  • Apply value-based selling frameworks to uncover priorities and link them to solutions.
  • Develop relationships with executive sponsors, procurement, and decision makers.
  • Generate and maintain 3x pipeline coverage through whitespace identification.
  • Forecast with discipline using Salesforce and Clari.
  • Mentor peers and share market insights to inform GTM refinements.
