Requirements
- Proven experience driving revenue within hospitality organizations or airlines.
- Expertise in analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems and property management systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in formulating and implementing revenue-maximizing strategies.
- Understanding of property business objectives from a holistic perspective.
Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio of hotels and multifamily properties.
- Develop and execute data-driven strategies for pricing, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.
- Forecast competitive set RevPAR change for the next 90-120 days.
- Monitor market performance and pivot strategies to achieve positive RevPAR index changes.
- Create and distribute weekly strategy notes on portfolio performance and financial forecasts.
- Conduct forecasting processes to remain within +/- 3% of actuals.
- Drive length-of-stay, market segment, and source mix to increase net revenue and operating profit.
