- Experience with Dialler systems
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers related to Life Time Value
- Commercially minded
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Responsibilities
- Quantify commercial impact of A/B tests, marketing activity, and operational projects
- Analyse A/B tests and marketing campaign performance
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Qlik
- Extract, clean and prepare data using SQL
- Set up Dialler (telesales) campaigns
- Produce clear post-campaign and post-test reviews
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Support stakeholders in defining and tracking KPIs
