Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in People Assistant, People Experience, or similar roles.
- Experience in a remote, fast-paced, or tech-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, ideally HiBob.
- Experience writing and managing documentation in Confluence.
- Ability to build HR metrics and dashboards.
- Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes and surveys.
- Manage policy documentation and maintain Confluence pages.
- Track mandatory training completion and analyze training surveys.
- Support and analyze engagement initiatives and annual surveys.
- Oversee and optimize Core, Talent, and Learning modules on HiBob.
- Maintain People metrics and generate periodic reports on trends.
