Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in website operations, digital marketing, content publishing, or project coordination.
- Experience working within a CMS, such as WordPress.
- Experience with a marketing automation platform, such as HubSpot (or similar).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating work across teams.
- Comfortable working with project plans, timelines, and task management workflows.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Interest in developing expertise in web content, SEO, and content strategy.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to build efficient processes.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day website operations, including publishing, QA, formatting, updates, maintenance, and CMS management.
- Manage and execute website updates and operational initiatives across Marketing, Legal, Events, Product Marketing, and Regional teams.
- Manage multilingual workflows and translation coordination for regional teams.
- Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with designers and developers to ensure project delivery.
- Contribute to web content creation, editing, SEO initiatives, and governance documentation.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scale initiatives.
