Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in product management, growth, or a closely related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL including CTEs, window functions, cohort analysis, and funnel queries.
- Experience using a cloud data warehouse to build dashboards and recurring queries.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear engineering specs and analytical summaries for leadership.
- Hands-on experience running experiments and A/B testing frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of basic statistical methods.
Responsibilities
- Own the product process for growth, including specs, user stories, and success criteria.
- Run experiments end-to-end from hypothesis to launch and analysis.
- Build and maintain data dashboards for activation, retention, conversion, and engagement.
- Investigate changes in key metrics and determine actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering and support to validate problems and product outcomes.
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal references.
