Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing teams within the real estate, property management, and construction sectors.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in property management, residential repair project management, and/or residential construction operations.
- Deep understanding of residential construction methods, pricing, and means across various U.S. regions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Proficiency with construction management platforms and scheduling systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage issues and drive solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor network including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship development.
- Negotiate budgets and pricing tables with vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure homes are market-ready on time and within budget.
- Resolve vendor issues, escalations, and repair delays.
- Lead and manage a remote team of Repair Coordinators across multiple time zones.
- Oversee the repair lifecycle: project ordering, scheduling, budget management, and invoice reconciliation.
- Enforce SOPs and monitor repair pipelines.
- Monitor team KPIs, provide coaching, and lead hiring/onboarding.
- Deliver reporting on project timelines, costs, and strategic insights.
- Coordinate insurance documentation and claims.
