Requirements
- Proven experience owning outcomes at the business level.
- Strong strategic judgment and ability to prioritize in ambiguous spaces.
- Fluency with AI tools and a clear point of view on their application in product.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Strong product sense and design judgment.
- Demonstrable experience connecting roadmap decisions to financial metrics.
- Ability to coach and mentor PMs without relying on gate reviews.
- Quantitative fluency and experience using data warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Define winning outcomes across revenue-generating product suite.
- Develop and communicate actionable product strategy to the organization.
- Partner with Chief Product Officer and senior leadership on prioritization across product lines.
- Manage relationship between product decisions and business economics.
- Manage and develop a team of 4 PMs.
- Drive cycle times by removing process bottlenecks.
- Lead AI adoption for product research, synthesis, and prototyping.
- Maintain proximity to customers through calls and research.
- Leverage data tools (Hex, Mixpanel) to answer complex questions.
