Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
- B2B marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, email, social media, PR, content).
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills.
- Ability to develop clear, effective creative briefs.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to measure performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned to business goals.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging content, digital marketing, direct mail, and public relations.
- Partner with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities for content development and growth.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a content strategy that ensures messaging is clear and actionable.
- Support and expand thought leadership efforts.
- Maintain and evolve product positioning frameworks.
- Collaborate with public relations partners to secure speaking engagements and awards.
- Coordinate logistics for tradeshows and speaking engagements.
- Define and analyze key performance indicators across campaigns.
