Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital marketing
- Proven track record in building funnels, running paid ads, and scaling campaigns
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRO, and performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
- Builder mindset
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy
- Map full-funnel journeys (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention)
- Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels
- Implement CRM and automation systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows
- Oversee content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Own SEO roadmap including keyword research and on-page optimisation
- Track and report on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI
