Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital marketing
  • Proven track record in building funnels, running paid ads, and scaling campaigns
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRO, and performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (GoHighLevel preferred)
  • Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Builder mindset
  • Ability to work independently and take full ownership

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy
  • Map full-funnel journeys (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Retention)
  • Build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels
  • Implement CRM and automation systems (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
  • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows
  • Oversee content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Own SEO roadmap including keyword research and on-page optimisation
  • Track and report on traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI
