Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
- Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Experience with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 or Looker Studio.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with online communities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, respond to, and moderate comments and direct messages across social media.
- Schedule and publish content across organic social channels.
- Assist with the setup, management, and optimisation of Google Ads and paid social campaigns.
- Research and identify influencers for UGC opportunities.
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword research and on-page optimisation.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and GA4.
- Assist in optimising landing pages and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Coordinate with developers and designers to implement website updates.
- Prepare campaign and performance reports.
