Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Tech Recruiter or similar role, handling end-to-end technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technical stacks, and screening methodologies.
- Prior experience with overseas hiring, offshore remote recruitment is essential.
- Experience working with Australian clients or international clients will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms; Zoho Recruit experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and conduct end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from requirement intake to offer closure.
- Conduct in-depth screening and interview rounds for technical positions.
- Evaluate and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, technical competencies, and cultural alignment.
- Ensure high-quality assessment using structured hiring frameworks and best practices.
- Act as an independent contributor in the team, owning multiple roles simultaneously and driving them to closure.
- Partner closely with the HR Manager, team mate and stakeholders for requirement gathering, role calibration, and hiring priorities.
- Identify and remove recruitment bottlenecks to improve time-to-hire and candidate experience.
- Proactively suggest TA strategies, sourcing approaches, and process optimisations.
- Support workforce planning and pipeline-building initiatives for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Own and actively manage recruitment workflows within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) — Zoho Recruit preferred.
