- Experience in AI system design.
- Knowledge of evaluation methods and observability.
- Ability to decide on trade-offs between speed and quality.
- Self-driven with minimal guidance required.
- Proven ability to ship products.
Responsibilities
- Own central parts of our AI architecture.
- Design and develop scalable AI agent systems (multi-step reasoning, decision pipelines, tool use).
- Ensure reliability and quality of AI outputs (evaluation, monitoring, guardrails).
- Develop LLM systems (prompting, fine-tuning, tooling, memory, orchestration).
- Build observability and evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and product to impact processes and revenue.
- Make long-term technical decisions regarding architecture, stack, and scaling.
