Requirements
- 5+ years in QA experience.
- 3+ years in test automation.
- 2+ years of experience leading QA engineers or automation teams.
- Deep expertise in Playwright (TypeScript).
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Experience with CI/CD environments (Bitbucket Pipelines, Allure).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- English language proficiency (B2 or higher).
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Playwright-based test architecture.
- Define and enforce coding standards, structure, and testing conventions.
- Conduct code reviews and drive technical quality.
- Collaborate with manual QA engineers to automate test coverage.
- Monitor automation results and maintain CI/CD reporting.
- Lead and support a small QA team, conducting 1:1s and planning sprints.
- Oversee end-to-end testing processes and documentation.
- Define and maintain meaningful QA metrics and test effectiveness measurements.
