Requirements

  • At least five years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads.
  • Proven track record in client account management for paid search, including campaign management, reporting, and sharing insights.
  • Direct contact experience with clients for at least five years.
  • High technical competence in Google Ads.
  • Experience with search management platforms.
  • Applied strategic thinking to complex paid search campaigns with a track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Collaborated with executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, video, email).
  • Strong ability to listen, ask questions, and convey thoughts clearly in written and verbal formats.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our customer's business needs and goals to define how you can achieve these through Paid Search.
  • Contribute ideas and practices on Paid Search to our Founder, Evan and our staff.
  • Ensure excellent account delivery, service levels, and performance for our customers.
  • Collaborate with our internal team to build trustworthy customer relationships and recognize new growth opportunities.
  • Be a Paid Search thought leader with the client and internally, putting forward new topics of interest and championing creative, strategic thinking.
  • Inspire and challenge our customers with innovative and digital-first marketing solutions.
