Requirements
- At least five years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads.
- Proven track record in client account management for paid search, including campaign management, reporting, and sharing insights.
- Direct contact experience with clients for at least five years.
- High technical competence in Google Ads.
- Experience with search management platforms.
- Applied strategic thinking to complex paid search campaigns with a track record of achieving KPIs.
- Collaborated with executive stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (phone, video, email).
- Strong ability to listen, ask questions, and convey thoughts clearly in written and verbal formats.
Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of our customer's business needs and goals to define how you can achieve these through Paid Search.
- Contribute ideas and practices on Paid Search to our Founder, Evan and our staff.
- Ensure excellent account delivery, service levels, and performance for our customers.
- Collaborate with our internal team to build trustworthy customer relationships and recognize new growth opportunities.
- Be a Paid Search thought leader with the client and internally, putting forward new topics of interest and championing creative, strategic thinking.
- Inspire and challenge our customers with innovative and digital-first marketing solutions.
