- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus).
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients in healthcare and related sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client staffing needs and present customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of staffing services.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and revenue goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive landscape.
