Requirements
- 2-5 years of project management experience, including client implementations.
- Operations or product experience in a BPO environment is strongly preferred.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office, GSuite, and Salesforce/Zoho.
- Fluent in English communication (verbal/written).
- Ability to align and negotiate resources within the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience in leading meetings and directing stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex projects across multiple work streams and geographies.
- Accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of all deliverables.
- Manage people, process, and technology activities for new client engagement setups.
- Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Manage overall internal/external client relationships throughout project stages.
- Implement business based on customer and contractual requirements.
- Define ramp plans and timelines to achieve client expectations.
- Promote quality through project scoping, documentation, and reporting.
- Mitigate risks and financial loss through budgeting and scoping.
- Maintain action logs, resolve issues, and conduct lessons learned.
