Requirements

  • 2-5 years of project management experience, including client implementations.
  • Operations or product experience in a BPO environment is strongly preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Scrum Master certification preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, GSuite, and Salesforce/Zoho.
  • Fluent in English communication (verbal/written).
  • Ability to align and negotiate resources within the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in leading meetings and directing stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large, complex projects across multiple work streams and geographies.
  • Accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of all deliverables.
  • Manage people, process, and technology activities for new client engagement setups.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Manage overall internal/external client relationships throughout project stages.
  • Implement business based on customer and contractual requirements.
  • Define ramp plans and timelines to achieve client expectations.
  • Promote quality through project scoping, documentation, and reporting.
  • Mitigate risks and financial loss through budgeting and scoping.
  • Maintain action logs, resolve issues, and conduct lessons learned.
