Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, or sales enablement.
- Proven experience designing, deploying, or governing sales manager coaching frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales managers as effective coaches.
- Experience owning or governing sales training, messaging, and content.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Demonstrated success managing people and developing talent.
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum design.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and sales enablement technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute LanguageLine’s sales motion, translating strategy into seller behaviors.
- Define and govern 'official' sales content and messaging standards.
- Lead strategy and execution of sales and client-facing training programs.
- Serve as the 'coach of the coaches' to enable effective sales manager coaching.
- Translate coaching methodology into tools and reinforcement routines for managers.
- Own and optimize the learning management system (Kinetics) and digital tools.
- Oversee product knowledge training modules in Synthesia.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success.
- Track metrics related to revenue outcomes and seller effectiveness.
