Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, or sales enablement.
  • Proven experience designing, deploying, or governing sales manager coaching frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales managers as effective coaches.
  • Experience owning or governing sales training, messaging, and content.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated success managing people and developing talent.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum design.
  • Experience working with LMS platforms and sales enablement technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute LanguageLine’s sales motion, translating strategy into seller behaviors.
  • Define and govern 'official' sales content and messaging standards.
  • Lead strategy and execution of sales and client-facing training programs.
  • Serve as the 'coach of the coaches' to enable effective sales manager coaching.
  • Translate coaching methodology into tools and reinforcement routines for managers.
  • Own and optimize the learning management system (Kinetics) and digital tools.
  • Oversee product knowledge training modules in Synthesia.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success.
  • Track metrics related to revenue outcomes and seller effectiveness.
