Requirements
- Strong, hands-on Excel proficiency with nested formulas, lookups, PivotTables, dashboards, and analytical tools.
- Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or macros/VBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in an in-house IT management or leadership role using Excel daily.
- Demonstrable career progression into senior IT management.
- Ability to engage reliably for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks within the IT management domain.
- Design realistic, domain-relevant Excel tasks from professional experience and write accurate, well-structured solutions.
- Evaluate Excel tasks and solutions, providing clear, written feedback.
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
