Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) experience in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Must).
  • Ability to engage enterprise prospects in a thoughtful and consultative way.
  • Basic comfort working with sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Based in Europe/UK, with the ability to work across EMEA time zones.
  • Genuine interest in technology and ecommerce.
  • Understanding of MEDDPICC is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage the right enterprise prospects within target accounts.
  • Personalize every interaction by deeply understanding a prospect’s industry, role, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations that center on the customer’s needs, pains, and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives and Marketing to ensure alignment.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to refine the go-to-market approach.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches to improve resonance and conversion.
