Requirements
- Prior experience working with clients in a pre-sale capacity providing guidance on cyber security solutions.
- Experienced IT consultant with a holistic understanding of IT operations.
- Broad knowledge of cyber security tools including vulnerability management, threat detection, IAM, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
- Experience managing proposal processes including SOW creation.
- Proven experience managing pipeline and bookings based upon sales targets.
- Ability to articulate value, present technical concepts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technology partners such as Palo Alto Networks, Netskope, SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, Check Point, Cisco, and ZScaler.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to recommend solutions based on client needs.
- Thorough understanding of product licensing nuances.
- Ability to act as a Technical SME Lead and mentor team members.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with customers providing recommendations and presenting security solutions.
- Drive business opportunities from identification and scoping through to booking.
- Design and communicate cyber security reference architectures.
- Assist sales team with design, sales engineering, and proposal creation.
- Evaluate and test new technologies for integration into security services.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and operationalize service plans.
- Deliver technical presentations and solution demos to clients and partners.
- Collaborate with adjacent practices including Network, Data Center, and Cloud.
- Provide thought leadership on security requirements and risk reduction methodologies.
