Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership.
- 3+ years experience in a managerial role.
- Experience leading enterprise technology transformation or modernization.
- Understanding of modern software development practices and enterprise operations.
- Experience operationalizing AI-enabled technologies in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD modernization and developer productivity tooling.
- Understanding of secure enterprise AI deployment, governance, and cybersecurity.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Must hold or obtain CompTIA Security+ within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise AI adoption strategy, governance, and operationalization efforts.
- Assess current AI usage and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop phased strategies for AI adoption, investment, and organizational enablement.
- Collaborate across software engineering, IT, cybersecurity, and executive leadership.
- Evaluate enterprise AI platforms and tooling.
- Develop governance and operational frameworks for AI.
- Align stakeholder priorities.
- Advance AI-enabled software engineering and workflow modernization initiatives.
