- Conduct performance reviews and share insights with division leads.
- Lead operational reviews with R&D leadership to enhance social commerce offerings.
- Recruit and build a pipeline of commerce and creator talent.
- Lead the development and rollout of scalable social commerce strategies.
- Drive cross-channel shop adoption and expansion.
- Work with R&D to test, refine, and optimize new social commerce programs.
- Manage key commerce-driven accounts.
- Host monthly Commerce Trends All-Hands meetings.
