Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the overall social media and community strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth goals
  • Lead organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms
  • Build, grow, and engage online communities, transforming audiences into active brand advocates
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with creators, influencers, and partners
  • Lead, mentor, and structure the social media and community team, establishing processes and best practices
  • Collaborate directly with executive leadership to shape brand strategy and positioning
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content and community initiatives based on insights
