Requirements

- Strong understanding of branding, social media metrics, and digital engagement strategies
- Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional initiatives
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the overall social media and community strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth goals
- Lead organic content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms
- Build, grow, and engage online communities, transforming audiences into active brand advocates
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with creators, influencers, and partners
- Lead, mentor, and structure the social media and community team, establishing processes and best practices
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership to shape brand strategy and positioning
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content and community initiatives based on insights
