Responsibilities

  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance and propose continuous improvements and quick optimizations.
  • Analyze metrics, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage community interactions, comments, and online presence to ensure active engagement.
  • Support campaigns and initiatives aimed at organic growth and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to transform business updates into relevant and engaging content.
