Requirements
- 6 years of experience in a client-facing role within a digital marketing agency.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced English skills.
- Ability to guide clients through onboarding and set clear expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the client onboarding process from initial call to final handoff.
- Set clear expectations and manage client welcome materials.
- Perform technical account setup and manage access for marketing platforms.
- Configure and test Databox reporting dashboards.
- Conduct scheduled client check-ins every 3-6 months.
- Administer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback.
- Serve as a primary/secondary point of contact for administrative and technical support.
- Document client interactions and refine success processes.
