  • Proven ability to create compelling communication strategies that engage large online audiences and drive measurable results.
  • Strong expertise in email marketing, SMS communications, web engagement, and audience development strategies.
  • Experience implementing analytics and tracking systems to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent storytelling, editing, and content strategy skills, with a strong understanding of brand voice and narrative development.
  • Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital engagement platforms and tools such as email, SMS, website, and analytics systems.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, with sensitivity to inclusive and audience-centered messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital communication strategies across email, SMS, and web channels to support engagement, growth, and organizational impact goals.
  • Create integrated, multi-channel communication plans that deliver consistent messaging and strengthen audience relationships over time.
  • Establish best practices for cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment across digital, social, and advertising initiatives.
  • Partner with analytics teams to implement tracking frameworks, monitor performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization in external industry and advocacy communities, sharing knowledge and identifying emerging trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital strategists while managing resources, budgets, and team priorities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of digital programs and establish processes for measuring engagement, impact, and organizational outcomes.
