  • Experience with tools like ActionKit, Action Network, Mobile Commons, Strive/Ascend, Spoke, Prompt.io, or Wordpress.
  • Strong ability to build narrative-driven communication strategies.
  • Experience with data tracking and performance metrics for digital communications.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, develop, and execute comprehensive and data-driven digital communication strategies across email, SMS, and web channels.
  • Build cross-channel member communication arcs that are timely, resonant, relevant, and consistent with MoveOn’s brand.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for cross-channel collaboration.
  • Implement and manage robust tracking systems to discover and build key membership insights.
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to leadership.
  • Represent MoveOn in broader movement convenings.
  • Manage a team of email, mobile, and web channel strategists.
  • Oversee cross-organizational processes for evaluating the impact of digital strategies.
