Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Extensive experience leading multi-country customer care or operations teams in a matrixed, international environment.
- Proven track record of delivering strategic transformation and continuous improvement.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and CRM platforms.
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices.
- Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in one additional European language (German, Spanish, Italian, or French).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional Customer Care teams across EMEA.
- Define, translate, and execute regional customer care strategies.
- Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to optimize order management.
- Oversee critical order-to-cash processes and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Champion digital transformation including SAP and CRM tools.
- Represent EMEA customer care in global forums.
