Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Extensive experience leading multi-country customer care or operations teams in a matrixed, international environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and CRM platforms.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, or medical devices.
  • Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in one additional European language (German, Spanish, Italian, or French).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop regional Customer Care teams across EMEA.
  • Define, translate, and execute regional customer care strategies.
  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to optimize order management.
  • Oversee critical order-to-cash processes and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Champion digital transformation including SAP and CRM tools.
  • Represent EMEA customer care in global forums.
