Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B full-cycle, quota-carrying enterprise sales experience.
  • Direct experience selling into PE, VC, or private markets firms at the institutional level.
  • Proven execution of 12-24 month sales cycles across multiple buyer personas.
  • Active use of AI tools in sales workflow and ability to position AI strategy.
  • Executive presence to lead and own rooms with senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to self-source pipeline into large institutional accounts without SDR support.
  • Exceptional organization and process discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a focused pipeline of $15B+ AUM institutional accounts across PE and private markets.
  • Develop multi-quarter territory plans accounting for fund cycles and partnership structures.
  • Self-source into senior relationships at target accounts like CFOs and Managing Directors.
  • Design and lead discovery across complex organizations with 4+ buyer personas.
  • Lead formal mutual action plans and maintain deal momentum through procurement and security reviews.
  • Consult on complex private markets workflows such as waterfall calculations and institutional LP reporting.
  • Position JunieAI capabilities as a competitive advantage for sophisticated buyers.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions, Fund Administration, and Customer Success teams.
