Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a top-performing account executive.
- Experience in an early-stage team at a B2B startup (seed to Series C).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
- Experience selling technical SaaS products with consistent ACVs of $80k-$150k+.
- Understanding of software development, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota.
Responsibilities
- Run full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
- Manage a BDR for pipeline generation.
- Help build and redesign sales processes.
- Mentor new sales team members.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Provide customer insights to improve product offerings.
