  • 3-5+ years of experience as a top-performing account executive.
  • Experience in an early-stage team at a B2B startup (seed to Series C).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS products with consistent ACVs of $80k-$150k+.
  • Understanding of software development, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota.

Responsibilities

  • Run full sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  • Manage a BDR for pipeline generation.
  • Help build and redesign sales processes.
  • Mentor new sales team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Provide customer insights to improve product offerings.
