Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end design process for Point of Sale experiences.
- Translate complex operational workflows into experiences that are fast, error-resistant, and easy to learn.
- Design for high-pressure restaurant service environments.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to define POS capabilities.
- Create high-fidelity artifacts accounting for edge cases and hardware contexts.
- Use prototypes and storytelling to build alignment and communicate tradeoffs.
- Champion the server and front-of-house perspective.
- Contribute to design critiques and integrate AI-first methods into practice.
