- Ability to oversee end-to-end project execution and timeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Design unique project plans tailored to each client's business needs.
- Drive accountability and secure stakeholder buy-in across all levels.
- Oversee technical deliverables in coordination with Solutions, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to resolve issues and ensure a cohesive experience.
- Map existing client workflows and re-engineer them into streamlined, automated solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, product adoption, and renewal rates.
