Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or technical delivery.
  • Direct experience working inside a bank or credit union.
  • Hands-on experience with account opening software.
  • People management experience, or clear readiness to step into a leadership role.
  • A structured, process-oriented mind to build the runbook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the delivery of Alkami's Business Omni, in-branch, and specialty account type configurations from kick-off through go-live.
  • Develop and document repeatable, scalable implementation methodologies across account types.
  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Implementation Managers and specialists.
  • Start hands-on, building toward a high-functioning, self-sufficient team.
  • Take ownership of the in-branch and specialty implementation pipeline.
  • Create visibility into project status, risk, and pacing for stakeholders.
  • Serve as an escalation point and trusted advisor for financial institution clients.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to unblock issues.
  • Operate as a key member of the Implementation leadership team.
