Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or technical delivery.
- Direct experience working inside a bank or credit union.
- Hands-on experience with account opening software.
- People management experience, or clear readiness to step into a leadership role.
- A structured, process-oriented mind to build the runbook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of Alkami's Business Omni, in-branch, and specialty account type configurations from kick-off through go-live.
- Develop and document repeatable, scalable implementation methodologies across account types.
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of Implementation Managers and specialists.
- Start hands-on, building toward a high-functioning, self-sufficient team.
- Take ownership of the in-branch and specialty implementation pipeline.
- Create visibility into project status, risk, and pacing for stakeholders.
- Serve as an escalation point and trusted advisor for financial institution clients.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to unblock issues.
- Operate as a key member of the Implementation leadership team.
