Requirements

- Industry experience in EV charging or closely related technologies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Build and grow a high-performing partner network by identifying and evaluating resellers
- Lead partner onboarding and deliver training on EV charging solutions
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with partners
- Enable partners with sales tools, marketing assets, and technical resources
- Set and track partner performance goals and analyze results
- Leverage market and competitive insights to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate partner feedback
